Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Forest Park AI LLC ("LizzyTeachAI," "we," "us," or "our"), which operates www.lizzyteachai.com and its related services (the "Service"). By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

1. The Service

LizzyTeachAI provides online educational content designed to build practical AI literacy, including lessons, audio, video, an in-app chat assistant ("Ask-Lizzy"), and related features. The Service is for personal, educational use.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or at least 13 with the involvement of a parent, guardian, or your school or institution, to use the Service. By using the Service, you confirm you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure, and remain responsible for all activity under your account. Accounts are for a single individual — you may not share, sell, or transfer your account or access credentials.

3. Free lessons

Before you purchase, the Service gives you access to three (3) free lessons so you can evaluate whether it's right for you. These free lessons are your trial. We encourage you to complete them before buying so you know what you're getting. Because we provide this free evaluation up front, all purchases are final — see Section 5.

4. Plans, billing, and renewal

We offer the following plans:

  • Founding Lifetime — $197, one-time. A single, non-recurring payment that grants ongoing access to the Service under these Terms.
  • Standard — $20 per month. Billed monthly and automatically renews each month until you cancel.
  • Annual — $179 per year. Billed yearly and automatically renews each year until you cancel.

Payments are processed by Stripe. By purchasing a subscription plan (Standard or Annual), you authorize us and Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. We may change our prices from time to time; any price change will apply to future billing periods, and we'll give you reasonable notice before it takes effect.

5. No refunds

All purchases are final and non-refundable. Because we give you free lessons to try the Service before you buy (Section 3), we do not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges — including for unused access, partial subscription periods, change of mind, or failure to use the Service.

  • Subscriptions (Standard and Annual): You can cancel at any time to stop future charges. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access until then. We do not refund the current or any prior billing period.
  • Founding Lifetime: This one-time payment is non-refundable.

Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have that cannot be waived under applicable law.

6. Cancellation

You can cancel a subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at the address in Section 15. When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which recurring billing stops and your access to paid content ends. As stated in Section 5, cancellation does not entitle you to a refund.

7. Intellectual property and license

All content in the Service — including lessons, text, audio, video, graphics, the Ask-Lizzy assistant, software, and the LizzyTeachAI name and branding — is owned by Forest Park AI LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Subject to these Terms and your active access, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the content for your own learning. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, sell, resell, sublicense, or create derivative works from the content; share your account; scrape or bulk-download the content; or use the content or Service to develop or train any machine learning or AI model.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems;
  • interfere with or disrupt the Service or its security;
  • reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code, except as permitted by law; or
  • misuse Ask-Lizzy, including attempts to generate harmful, infringing, or abusive content.

We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that violates these Terms.

9. AI-generated content and no professional advice

The Service uses AI to generate parts of the content and the Ask-Lizzy responses. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date, and should not be relied upon as professional advice (legal, financial, medical, or otherwise). You are responsible for independently verifying anything you rely on. The Service is educational, and we make no guarantee about the results, outcomes, or benefits you'll obtain from using it.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Forest Park AI LLC and its owners, employees, and providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $100, whichever is greater. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Forest Park AI LLC and its owners, employees, and providers from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 5, 7, and 9–12) will survive.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice where appropriate. Your continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

15. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
